The Workouts
Look Good, Feel Good
We are all in different phases of life and that is why I use a “pick your program” method in my wellness community. When you join, you’ll have the option to pick from hundreds of workout programs! You and I will work together to find the program that is right for you in the stage of life that you are in. All I ask is that you SHOW UP and SHARE your workouts and progress on our private shared platform! And don’t worry about sticking with a program if you don’t love it! If you get part way into a program and decide you don’t like it, switch! If you don’t feel like doing a program’s workout today, don’t! Go for a walk instead! I’m not concerned about what workout you do each day, just as long as you’re moving and taking care of YOU!

A few times a year there will be a brand new program that launches for the network. When these come up, I will share about them in my “pick your program” group and let you know that I’ll be running a pilot test group on it, and all the details that come with it. These pilot test group opportunities are a lot of fun when we are all going through the same program at the same time and truly all on the journey together! Makes it FUN and adds another level of accountability! They happen a few times a year and it’s always an option for you as you move through my “pick your program” groups. Just wanted to give you the heads up right away!

Healthy in the Kitchen
Food is fuel and you need to be certain to fuel your body properly in order for it to run well! I have two meal plans to offer you. Neither is better than the other, you just get to choose which one is best for YOU and your lifestyle!
Option 1: 2B Mindset
An intuitive approach to what you should be eating and what your plate should look like at each meal. This plan has zero “off limits” food. No “cheating”, measuring, or calorie counting. It’s simply focused around how your body responds to food and follows an effective "2 pounds at a time" approach to weight loss. I followed this program through pregnancy, breastfeeding, and early postpartum.
Option 2: Portion Fix
This is a more disciplined and structured meal plan focused on macronutrients & whole foods. Through the use of color-coded containers that assist in portion control, and an easy-to-follow & educational plan, you’ll find freedom with food, learn what foods are best for fueling your body & feel amazing as you race towards your goals! This was the gamechanger for both my husband & I - we are best with the discipline and reach our goals best with this one!
The Community
Accountability and Support
When you join my wellness community, you will be surrounded by other women who will be there to hold you accountable to your goals through your workouts, meal plans & healthy habits! Life gets crazy, and it can be SO hard to stay focused on your goals, but with a community to keep you on track, it’s near impossible to fail!
So, how does it work exactly? Glad you asked! When you sign up, you immediately get added to my virtual community. Once in the community group, you will be able to interact with everyone else - encourage, listen, ask questions… whatever you want to do! Just be sure you SHOW UP and share your progress, whether through photos or words, because that’s what holds you accountable & ultimately helps you reach your goals!
